This is a really cute ceramic star which can be infused with your favourite scent and hung to fragrance your space. Whether that be your desk, car, wardrobe, Christmas tree etc. Neom offer incredible essential oils but you could use any fragrance of your choice.

Everyman Cinema memberships (£95 a year) or gift cards/egifts (from £20 onwards)
There are several Everyman cinemas around the country. These are stylish, cozy cinemas with dim lighting that creates a lounge type feel. Sit in the comfy arm chairs and sofas where there's plenty of leg room, plus order drinks and food direct to your seat. Events include Q & As, Director seasons, live screenings.
The £95 membership gives you six free tickets a year, you can bring a guest for free on a Monday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays), special rates on tickets with bundles, exclusive previews, weekly film and event recommendations, 10% off food and drink, 10% off private hire and no online booking fees.

Scandinavisk Candles in Jul & Skog (Prices range from £19.00 to £48.00 depending on size)
These Danish candles are some of my festive favourites and priced pretty favourably compared to many luxury brands. I have two favourites: 'Jul' is your traditional Christmas fragrance, scented with winter cloves, spiced oranges, baked gingerbread and mulled wine. This is not sickly sweet but subtly warming and festive. 'Skog' has a calming outdoorsy forest feel to it. With notes of pine needles, fir cones, birch sap and woodland lily of the valley it's evokes fresh crisp snow covered forests. They burn well, emit a good amount of fragrance and are beautifully packaged.

M & S Lemon Infused Olive Oil £4.50
A lemon oil is super versatile but not necessarily an obvious choice for many. Hence why I think it makes a great gift. It's amazing tossed into a simple pasta dish, with fish or mixed with balsamic as a bread dip. But the way I like to use it is drizzled over strawberries. The flavour combination is incredible.

Le Labo Hinoki Shower Gel £32.00 250ml
The Hinoki range within the Le Labo brand is a beautiful, warm and subtle woody fragrance which is gender neutral. It's often found in luxury hotel bathrooms and definitely has a luxe feel about it. Inspired by the buddhist temples of Mount Koya in Japan where the mesmerising scent of the Hinoki trees drifts from the surrounding forest. It has a calm and meditative vibe. A rich, plant based shower gel which lathers beautifully when used with a sponge. It feels like a real treat (and so it should be at it's price point. Although, in its defence, a little goes a very long way).

The Suffolk Nest flower stems and arrangements Prices start from £6 for single stems
The best place for faux flower and foliage stems and arrangements (imo). It's really easy to create simple and extravagant displays with no floristry experience (me!). The stems are more expensive than buying fresh but this is reflected in the quality and realistic nature of each one. Plus the fact that they will last for years.

This brand has an excellent reputation, founded by Skincare Expert Caroline Hirons. I have used all of these products and highly rate them. You can't really go wrong.

As the reader you can pick experiences depending on your need or treat it as a catalogue of possibilities. This isn't just a book about spas and retreats, but also physical, cultural, spiritual and sensory experiences. All to reconnect with your mental and physical wellbeing. It makes the ideal coffee table book too.

LED Mask by Current Body £399.99 (there are often discount codes available)
There is a lot of hype around home LED masks and there are so many available to buy. I have an LED canopy that I use as part of my facial treatments. But I also have an LED mask for home use. I can only speak about this brand of mask as I use it myself. But there are many others on the market too at differing prices. So why are LED masks so good? LED phototherapy uses wavelengths of low wattage to treat different skin conditions and concerns. It's perfectly safe to use, is painless with no downtime. It won't leave the skin sun sensitive although SPF should be worn every day regardless. The colour of the wavelength (often red in these personal use masks) determines how the beam interacts with our skin i.e. the depth it penetrates. Red light penetrates the deepest of all visible wavelengths, it activates cellular metabolism which assists in the production of collagen and elastin. This is what gives the skin it's firm structure and bounce. It also allows skin to repair and recover from injury, strengthens the skin's blood capillaries which results in much improved oxygenated and detoxified skin. It increases lymphatic flow to effectively remove waste, boosts the skins protective cells and enables them to accept and utilise skincare products more effectively and efficiently. Ultimately LED phototherapy stimulates, renews and repairs the skin. But, and it's a big but, you need to be using these masks about five times a week for ten minutes at a time to really see a difference. Results are typically seen after at least four to eight weeks. If you are considering buying an 'at home device' like this one please do your research thoroughly. There are many substandard devices out there which wouldn't be worth wasting your money on.

My favourites are Night Time Blissful Rest & Winter Warmer Tea although there are so many to choose from. They come in beautifully designed boxes and make lovely gifts, perhaps with a mug or china tea cup and saucer.

A no nonsense book designed to care for teenage skin. Set out in a beautifully easy to follow and informative format. You will not find any TikTok trends or overly complicated routines in here! A great gift for any teen who is interested in looking after their skin in a sensible and gentle way.
Alcohol
Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur £9.00
This is a perfect accompaniment to champagne, prosecco, sparkling wine to create a classic Kir Royale. Although it can be added to a whole host of drinks. It's very palatable and provides a subtle sweetness to an otherwise dry drink.
Body Care
L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Scrub £12
Many of you know my love of L'Occitane's Shea Butter hand creams and balms. Their hand scrub is the perfect accompaniment. Massage into dry hands a couple of times a week, add a little water and massage into hands as though you are washing them. Rinse and dry before applying hand cream. It leaves skin super soft. A really effective way to soften dry hands.

What's for dinner Slow Cooker by Sarah Rossi £14.00 Hardcover
I'm a fan of Sarah Rossi's previous books and this one is very fitting for the dark winter evenings we are currently experiencing. A slow cooker certainly comes into its own during autumn and winter and you'll find such an extensive variety of sweet and savoury recipes to choose from.

This is a mini leather notebook which I appreciate is a real investment. It would certainly be an extra special present. It's made to such a high quality, will last for years and conveniently fits in a small handbag. There are several inserts to choose from depending on your needs. For example lined or plain notebooks and diaries.

The World - A traveller's Guide to the Planet by Lonely Planet £21.73 Hardcover
Another lovely travel book. Country by country this publication lists top experiences, practical information, the best times of year to go, maps, best in film, getting around plus food and drink. A really great overview.
