What does my own Autumn Reset look like this year?

For me September feels like the perfect time for a reset. More so than the beginning of January. It's something I do every year. So I thought I'd share a few things that are included in mine just to give you a flavour.

I have many routines and habits that I consistently do every day/week which I will continue to do. But there are a few changes I am implementing or reintroducing this Autumn:

  • Adjusting my evening routine slightly to create space for an earlier bedtime

  • Allocating some time on a Sunday to plan for the week ahead and review the previous week

  • Reintroducing my lemon and hot water on waking up

  • Utilising the benefits of writing my thoughts down before bed

  • Drinking my morning coffee with no distractions (when time allows)

  • Planning meals each week as our household reduces from four people down to two

  • Being more consistent with my supplements

  • Setting particular days for specific household chores

I know for a fact that these small changes will help me feel more in control, positive and motivated. This is so important for me as I enter a time in my life where I am experiencing a lot of change. It helps to create some stability.
